What is Creatine kinase（CK）

Creatine kinase is an enzyme that is found in muscles and leaks into the blood when muscles are damaged.
Checking for high levels of creatine kinase in the blood can confirm whether the muscles are damaged.

Test conditions

・13 testers.
・ Timing of hydrogen inhalation
（ 30 minutes of exercise followed by 30 minutes of hydrogen inhalation. Followed by 30 minutes of exercise,
followed by 60 minutes of rest. ）

Opinion

The study results showed that creatine kinase (CK) levels were suppressed in testers who were practising hydrogen inhalation.

Supervisorʼs view

Using a hydrogen inhaler (Suilive SS300) manufactured by SUISO JAPAN, it was found that hydrogen inhalation after exercise reduced creatine kinase levels when compared to those of Placebo applicable persons. This showed that hydrogen inhalation after exercise reduced muscle damage and improved recovery from fatigue.
